Summer is coming but that doesn't mean you have to give up your beloved whisky! Try this fresh, fruity and herbal Irish whiskey cocktail.
60ml (2oz) Irish whiskey (I split 45ml (3/4 oz) Irish blended pot still with 15ml (1/4 oz) Irish sherry cask single malt)
20ml (2/3 oz) elderflower liqueur
20ml (2/3 oz) lemon juice
15ml (1/2 oz) sugar syrup
Roughly chopped cucumber
Glass: rocks
Garnish: cucumber slice
