OK so I did miss actual Sangria Day on December 20th, but I thought this was a good one in time for New Year's parties or to keep in your back pocket for summertime hosting!
This recipe is a rough guide, scale up or down depending on the size of your serve - this is more like 2 serves if you're not using a comically large wine glass!
45ml (1 1/2oz) red vermouth
15ml (1/2 oz) brandy - a young and fruity VS works well
100ml (3 1/3 oz) bold red wine
Top lemonade
Glass: wine glass
Garnish: brandy soaked seasonal fruit
