Merry Christmas ya filthy animals - I thought I'd give a little bonus vid Christmas inspo video mimicking the flavours of gingerbread for a warming and spicy Sour cocktail.
45ml (1 1/2oz) honey(comb) whisky (or try 30ml/1oz honey whisk(e)y and 15ml /1/2oz regular whisk(e)y if you prefer less sweet!)
15ml (1/2oz) fresh ginger syrup
10ml (1/3oz) orgeat
30ml lemon juice
Egg white or other foamer
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: christmas spice (and cheer!)
