Happy 4th of July to all of our friends in the States - we hope you've had an excellent weekend of celebration. This cocktail is perfect for any backyard barbecue, whether it's the 4th of July or not!
3 hand squeezed lemon wedges
4 mint leaves
2oz (60ml) bourbon
1/2 oz (15ml) demerara sugar syrup
1 sprig of mint to garnish
