Our final day in Japan was Greenery Day and parkrun Japan's extra day parkrun! We'd timed our trip around this date so that whilst we were only in Japan for three weeks, we could run four different parkruns in three weekends. This was our final parkrun of the four and Futakotamagawa was actually the birthplace of parkrun Japan so it felt special to be visiting.

This video shows our visit to this gorgeous parkrun. A flat out, run three laps and back, but on the way back turn left onto a short out-and-back, on the paths that surround the sports fields next to the river Tama. The biggest Japanese parkrun we'd done by far and also the one with most tourists!
