1 frame off the TAS time. This trick is very hard. I really had to dissect the TAS in order to improve my chances here. The 1 frame I lost was likely the cutscene skip being 1 frame early.
When starting, you need to slightly adjust yourself up left for a tiny amount of time to get into a position to not get crushed. This trick seems to have a 1 frame window to press a to get the launch properly. For the launch itself I held neutral before landing on the tox box to avoid turning around. You can hear when I go neutral because I used the c button to do it. I don't know how specific the timing for everything is, but since this an IL I could just throw attempts at it until I eventually got the result I wanted.
