New WR: youtu.be/lT-JkUUr4Ho
Bullied some kid for their lunch money in 1m 23s. Also apologies for the cut off on the bottom of the screen. I don't know how the window resized slightly.
This run beats the previous WR by about 22s. The strat used here is to dodge all of star devourer's attacks, get norma quickly, and bully them as much as possible. The mixers were very important as it doubled bonus panels and gave all the cpus and myself an extra +1 attack to fight back against losing stars. It is also very easy for runs to die if the boss doesn't nap enough.
The deck is built fully to dodge attacks, hit hard, or stay on the boss. Take his lunch money and don't get yours stolen.
I have defeated this boss in about 2:12ish via damage before this, but bringing their stars to 0 is the fastest way to win. I had a sub 1 minute die to an evade fail with accelerator on (he had 0 stars, it was literally the last thing that could go wrong), so it can still go lower.
Without mixers, this should still be possible. It just requires more luck. Granted, you get an extra 3 seconds of time save without the mixers.
I wonder if milliseconds will need to be used in the future to break ties.
