Very simple. Mount yoshi and hold no directions. Dismount and then drift a tiny bit left and remount yoshi. Do speed flutters until you get under the low mine then do height flutters until you get to the cannons' height. At the end you need another height flutter to get above 1 more mine and then you are at the end.

Hurray dismount turn flutters.
