Simple Cesar Dressing - I found this recipe online here: marthastewart.com/339888/romaine-salad-with-caesar-dressing
2 heads of romaine
1/2 cup Best Foods or Hellmans Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcesteshire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Cut romaine into small chunks. Wash well and spin dry.
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour over romaine and shake or stir to incorporate well. Done!
I use Anton's Garlic Seasoning on my steaks. Rub them in well. Place in a pan heated to about medium high. Let it sear for a few minutes. Flip and sear other side. When cooked to your liking, set aside and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice thin and enjoy! I browned some mushrooms in the remaining sauce in the pan. Done!
