I had no idea what to make for dinner tonight so I went through the stack cooker cookbook for ideas and came up with this combo tonight. Thank you for staying with me for almost an hour while I tested this stack cooker combo for the first time.

3 quart casserole
1.5 cups quinoa (I used a wild rice quinoa blend)
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt

1-3/4 quart casserole
1 lb steak cut into cubes
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons Antos Seasoning, Garlic Flavor (use your fave steak seasoning)
pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped/minced
2 teaspoons olive oil

Mix and coat steak with ingredients

3/4 quart casserole (Cover, inverted)
2 russet potatoes cut thin
1 Tablespoon butter
2-3 Tablespoons water
1.5 teaspoons onion salt (you can use plain salt and pepper)

Stack the casseroles on top of each other and place in microwave. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Done!

I cooked it in increments tonight because I didn't want to burn anything.

**Cook times will vary based on your microwave wattage. I use a 1,100 watt microwave.**
