Keto Fathead Bread and Keto Bagels
I'm prepping for the week so I have the bagels and bread I need for the week. I'm using all Tupperware products in this video. Our silicone molds are available for purchase. All the products used tonight are dishwasher safe EXCEPT for the bread knife. :)

Keto Bagels
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt (Trader Joes)
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
3 large eggs, divided
3 cups shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese
3 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes)
In a microwave safe bowl, place the mozzerella and cream cheese. Heat in 20 second increments until all cheeses are soft and pliable. Mix cheeses well.
Crack 1 egg into a bowl and whisk. Set aside. This will be the egg wash.
In a small cup or bowl, crack the other 2 eggs and whisk. Set aside.
Using the 12 cup thatsa bowl, mix the dry ingredients and incorporate. Add the melted cheeses and 2 scrambled eggs. Combine well using a spatula.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and let chill for 30 minutes.
Pull dough and form small logs and press into the donut silicone forms. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before removing from the form.
Keto Fathead Buns (I made mine small buns)
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp garlic powder (I used garlic salt)
1/3 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used more mozzerella cause its what I had)
In a small microwave safe bowl, place cream cheese and 3/4 cup mozzerella. Heat in 20 second increments until soft and pliable. Mix the cheeses well.
In a 12 cup thatsa bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Beat 1 egg in a separate small bowl or cup.
Add the melted cheeses to the dry ingredients and add the egg. Incorporate well.
Cut dough into portions and roll into a ball. I used our cupcake molds to bake these in so it formed into a nice shape. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Allow to cool before removing from form.
They will come out shaped like tarts or cupcakes. Cut in half and use in place of regular bread.
