The Ten Wise Men Raids were added in patch 1.1 along with Chaos difficulty and they drop their jewels (pretty powerful assault characters), new gear, and an Ash Crystal which can be used to upgrade your ultimate weapon.

Camael's gimmick is his high HP regen (99999 regen) which is only a problem if done earlier. However he just melts otherwise.
