One loop clear of this horizontal shmup (MSX2 exclusive)
developed by Konami in 1989,
and later re-released on Nintendo virtual console, should have been
a port of arcade Thunder Cross but became its own original title,
still considered part of the TC series.
I played on BlueMSX emulator, configured with msx turbo R machine,
and used a rom patched with "turbo fix" (written by sd_snatcher)
that make the game run smoother with no slowdown and
fix stage 7 boss bug that prevented the spawn of blue ball.
Game is relatively easy compared to Gradius series but
has its own difficulty spikes like the fixed stage 7 boss (i died alot there)
and some very bad placed checkpoints, also the lack of slowdown
make some stages less manageble because of sniping bullets.
