Taken from our "Solo Training for Combat Skills vol. 2 (advanced level)" 2-hour long instructional video, this brief clip demonstrates the final stage of a series of training drills with the use of a tennis ball hanging from the ceiling. These drills are of progressive complexity and end up in what we see in this video, the combination of body and head movement, footwork and simultaneous counter-attacking activity, a sort of shadow boxing while interacting with the tennis ball at the same time.
