This drill comes from our instructional video "Foundation of wrestling vol.1" and it's about cultivating specific positioning reactions and habits as a response to random incoming forces.

Mind you, it's an educational skill building drill and it does not demonstrate proper self defense techniques.
Also, it is best suited for people who train for self defense or non-grappling oriented martial arts or combat sports, and does not address the needs of competitive sport wrestling.
