This drill, included in our two-hour long instructional video "Structure biomechanics and the Fluid Fighting Stance" introduces the concept of the "Wedge" as part of the STORM fighting stance. The Wedge is an arm structure that not only serves as a guard but also (and mainly) works as a platform that keeps your hands (weapons) constantly aiming at your opponent and facilitates a variety of attacks, from punches and eye gouges to grabs and manipulations. This is just one of the many drills included in the video.
