In this clip, which comes from our three-hour long instructional video "Foundation of Striking vol. 1", we demonstrate the basic technique for striking with the wrist bone and the forearm while using the lateral line of attack. Wrist bone strikes, either lateral or downward-diagonal (like overhands) can be extremely effective in bare knuckle fighting and self defense, as they deliver a lot of power, they are difficult to defend from and they land with a big, thick bone that is in minimum danger of breaking compared to the small bones of the knuckles.
