Roll Model Therapy Ball Technique #2: Skin Rolling aka Shear

Skin-rolling, also known as shear, is fascial stretching in which you use a Roll Model Ball to gently pinch your skin while you pull, twist, and wring the skin and its underlying tissues away from your body. The goal of this technique is to create a moving transition of the skin and its underlying fatty layer (superficial fascia) over the deep fascia and myofascia.
