Footage of the Deputy CG demonstration program, given nothing of the sort seems to have been shared online prior.
This was a video titler developed for MS-DOS by Shereff Systems, who previously created a line of similar programs for the Commodore-Amiga.
The demo is phrased as if it were a local television station (KJDK does not exist, it seems to be an abbreviation of the CEO of Shereff Systems, whose initials are JDK.) showing off the various uses of the software.
This was recorded in DOSBox-X using AVI output, with additional transcoding done in FFMPEG.
