A 10-minute (though slightly trimmed due to Sesame Workshop's previous block) compilation of various National Periodic Test recordings from within the Sioux City, IA market. Initially recorded on August 7, 2019 at 1:20 PM CDT. Reposted multiple times due to copyright issues.
This is the second time I had to reupload this. Back when I uploaded this in 2019, it stayed up for while up until Sesame Workshop blocked it in all territories as it featured footage from Sesame Street. As the audio from the episode bled into the audio of the test, I decided to just take KXNE's relay out of the entire upload in hopes of fixing it. However, not too long after THAT was posted, PBS blocked it as it featured footage from 'Pinkalicious & Peterrific', (which did NOT get blocked previously, just now?). But instead of just cutting it out, I decided to leave their relay in as audio was mute during the broadcast, other than the test message.
As previously mentioned in the video, KTIV never relayed the test at all. KPTH is as close as you'll get to KMEG as, during the time I was recording this, DIRECTV was in a carrier dispute with Nexstar (KCAU) and Waitt (KMEG). (though now KMEG's CBS affiliate has moved to KPTH's third subchannel.)
