Showreel for PixelPlay, Inc. A company that was once a pioneer in interactive game services for cable and satellite operators around the world.
About the only thing I know them for is the creation of DishGAMES, an interactive TV channel operated by Dish Network from the mid-2000s into around 2012 or so that consumed most of my childhood. (admittedly the only games I can even remember playing were Monopoly and some 'Snake' clone whenever you attempted to download a game, both of which I would consider lost media.)
Some of the titles offered by the company seemingly made their way onto other services. From what I could remember, Monopoly in particular was ported to DIRECTV's 'Game Lounge' service (from personal experience). I've also noticed Sky Gamestar also had their own Snake clone while waiting for a game to load: youtu.be/FxaIe2rnL0c?t=651. A few games from other services Dish offered (such as I-play TV and Playin' TV) also made their way into other services, such as Gametree TV / Play.Works. (notably Carrot Mania.)
The original video had 'Let Me Entertain You' by Robbie Williams playing in the background, but in the off-chance that it would lead to a worldwide block I've left it out of this upload.
