This is one of the more recent, stranger (and frankly creepier) local emergency alert activation's I have in my collection. Like some of the other "black screen" emergency broadcast captures from my channel (but not including the few on my secondary channel), this happened during a voice chat with a couple of pals and initially caught me off guard.
Taped at midnight onto a blank VHS tape in EP mode. Digitized about 6 hours after the alert had went into effect.
