Footage of the PrimeTime demonstration program, given nothing of the sort was posted online prior. (other than the software diskettes)
Like the previously demonstrated Deputy CG software, This was a video titler developed for MS-DOS by InnoVision Technology, who also created a line of similar programs for the Amiga, including the "Broadcast Titler" and the "Montage" expansion for the NewTek Video Toaster.
This particular version seems to be the SuperVGA release. This software package was also released for systems with TARGA-based systems (TARGA+ and TARGA 16) with some additional features horizontal page panning, page shuffling, frame grabbing, and image blending, among others.
Recorded in DOSBox-X using AVI output with Zip Motion Block Video codec. Additional transcoding was done with FFMPEG.
