My beloved ship. It wasn't fair to use it - not fair to the game on Normal difficulty that is. I almost got killed a few times, but this was my first attempt at a No Miss on this version of the game with this ship.
Pros
- The red weapon is a double helix that can clip through enemies and the environment. It's super powerful if you don't fire dead on at an enemy too. Try clipping the edges through them so it does more continuous damage.
- The blue weapon is a the classical reflective laser and is actually pretty powerful, firing a laser from the front and diagonally from the top and bottom of the Force.
- The Standard Force is your classic R-Type Force. It fires in four directions when powered up completely and can deal significant damage if you manage to park it in front of the enemy.
- The homing missiles are good at catching enemies around the environment when you can't shoot them directly.
- When fully powered the Wave Cannon will fire ahead and then burst in an arc, covering most of the screen with powerful bolts.
Cons
- the yellow weapon is very situational and I find the blue weapon to be far superior. Seriously, that's my only con for this ship.
