Great way to cook Picanha! Rotisserie turned out great! Yes, the Slow N’ Sear Rotisserie does fit on the Master Kettle!
• Started with a nice Picanha from Costco and sliced into steaks.
• Trimmed some fat and kept a nice ¼” layer of fat cap.
• Seasoned with salt only for about 24 hours in advance.
• Centered the slices on the rotisserie rod in the center for even cooking.
• Placed on the SNS Rotisserie.
• Was shooting for a grill temp of 400F degrees using the SNS Charcoal baskets on each side of the steaks.
• Once it passed 80F degrees on the MeatStick V we checked it to see how it looked.
• We pulled this when it got to about 108F on the biggest steak to try and keep the other from being done too much.
Summary: The Slow ‘N Sear Rotisserie is very impressive. These choice Picanha steaks from Costco were extremely tender and juicy! Using the baskets on each side really worked nice.
