1st time using ChefsTemp ProTemp Plus Mini probe and it worked perfectly! Showed how to use the Mini wireless probe in a smaller steak and we chose Porter Road’s Chuck Eye Steaks! Less expensive Ribeye! Grillaholics New Brazilian Steakhouse Rub!

• ChefsTemp Wireless Mini Probe worked exactly as I expected and let me watch the temps get to my target right on my phone. I am a huge fan of their products because they just work!
The Cook!
• Got 2 nice Chuck Eye Steaks from Porter Road!
• Seasoned with Grillaholics Brazilian Steakhouse rub 2 hours before cooking.
• Set up the SNS Travel Kettle for cooking them indirectly until we reached 80F degrees, flipped them until they reached 115F
• Opened all of the vents to get the fire nice and hot and seared them 1 minute per side 2X each.
• Let them rest and cut into them!
Summary: Chuck Eyes bring back some great memories and it a fantastic steak at a reasonable price!, The new Brazilian Steakhouse rub from Grillaholics really added some nice flavor.
The Slow ‘N Sear Travel Kettle is such a great grill to work with!
