Did a nice quick cook on a Mangalista Ham Steak from Stone Arch Farm!
• Started with a fantastic looking Ham Steak from Stone Arch Farm! stonearchfarmllc.com
• Had the Monument Grills Mesa 400 set up for direct cooking on med high.
• Cooked 2 minutes on one side and flipped for 1 minute on the other and it reached 150F.
• Pulled it off and enjoyed a great flavored ham that was more tender than most!
Summary: These Mangalista is a higher fat content pork and this ham steak was great!
