We use the SNS Grills Rotisserie ring to cook boneless, skin on Chicken thighs from Bell and Evans! Seasoned with Postal Barbecue Chick ’N Rub! We are giving away one bottle!
• Started with a full pack of boneless skin on Bell and Evans Chicken Thighs
• Seasoned with Postal Barbeque Chick ‘N Rub. GIVEAWAY!
• Set up the SNS Kettle with the rotisserie ring and the rack that came with it.
• Was shooting for a grill temp of 350F degrees with the coals covering the bottom of the grill.
• Placed all of the chicken thighs skin down to start the cook.
• Left them on for 15 minutes and then flipped them for 12 minutes, rotated them around for about 3 minutes and they were done.
Summary: The Slow N Sear Rotisserie Ring worked great with the rack that came with it. Jack coined the phrase “Indirect with distance”! LOL But honestly, this worked great to not have any grease fire from the thighs and the skin got nice and crispy!
