Great side dish or entire meal! Great way to make a quick and tasty side dish! Aw Shucks Corn Spice!
• Making a great side dish or could be used as a meal!
• Started with ¾ of a pound jumbo lump crab meat, 15 stalks of asparagus (used frozen, as it was all I had) and 4 cobbs of corn blanched and off the cobb.
• Set up the Blackstone with everything on low since I thought I had the grill hot enough. Adjusted as I went along.
• Started with the asparagus and tossed until it started to get close.
• Added the corn, since it was blanched, just wanted to get it hot and added the butter.
• Added the jumbo lump crab meat. This is already cooked, so just needs to get hot.
• Added the Aw Shucks Corn Spice at the end and tossed it.
Summary: This was outstanding, and it was made for a side dish, but it could easily be a main course with that much crab!
