Cooked 13 chicken quarters in two modified baskets on the Weber Smoky Mountain using the Cajun Bandit Rotisserie Ring. Cook time was around 1 hour 20 minutes. Used salt & pepper and 3 different mustard vinegar sauces. Used third part Richard's Mustard Sauce, third part PIF's Carolina Sauce, and third part Uncle Alberts Sauce.
