Today, I broke in and seasoned a large charcoal ring made by Greg over at THE WOODSHED SMOKE & BBQ WITH SLOWHAND. Also, afterwards, another chimney of Kingsford Blue charcoal was added and we smoked some moink balls and sausage shots. That is just meat balls & sausages wrapped in a half slice of bacon. They cooked in the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker for 1 1/2 hours averaging around 275 F. They were appetizers during our College Football Games, and were delicious.
