This is another chicken video, butt it answers the age old question...what exactly is a chicken butt. It is the oil bag, or the oil gland which secrets oil which the chicken pecks and preens its feathers with.
I use a little bit of humor to show what others think of the butt of a chicken. LOL In this video I'm using the Weber Smokey Mountain to grill instead of smoke the chicken which is very good. I'm using a homemade sauce which I call PIF CAROLINA SAUCE.
