Clifton, New Jersey - Earlier today, Clifton, New Jersey police detectives took to social media letting everyone know that Rocky, the 7-year-old Shih Tzu, was found and reunited him with his family. Rocky is safe, and the woman seen in the surveillance video has been identified, Clifton NJ Police Department reports. They also say she is cooperating. No word right now about the child seen in the video.
