The new 300GM lens was worth waiting for and I got to thinking that of their big three lenses, none will be used with teleconverters more than the 300mm. I'd been looking for some kind of extension to the lens shade and then I saw a link for this shade. I bought one and received it after about 3 weeks and I wanted to do a short review of it for the many new owners of the Sony 300GM lens. If you use teleconverters a lot, this is well worth it to get extra protection from flare as well as rain and snow! Let me know what you think. Here is the link for their website: zemlinphoto.com
