On a recent gloomy morning, I headed to Fremont, CA, to catch the morning parade of passenger trains passing the grade crossing at the west end of Mowery Ave. Between 7 am and 10
am, a total of ten trains pass this spot. I caught nine of those but missed Capitol Corridor #525 due to an emergency Starbucks run when I ran out of caffeine.
