Australia's Propeller Designs is primarily Glenn Mackenzie, a 50-something guitarist with a distinguished history in the aviation industry which included piloting Blackhawks and C-130 Hercules* for the Defence Force and 747's/737's for Qantas. Lately he's honed his substantial skills into the building of beautiful, functional, bespoke pedalboards, constructed from premium grade architectural Baltic birch ply and the best hardware he can source from all over the world. Interchangeable IEC ports and 3-a-side premium jacks for every conceivable configuration feature, as well as the European hard wax oil finish which wears like a vintage guitar and is available in a variety of colours, along with a selection of side finishes (this one in tortoiseshell). Glenn also offers custom soft and hard cases and a full wiring service including MIDI and wet/dry/wet setups.
