UPDATE: This works better on tall vessels where the bubbles can stack up some before the collapse. It appears to help with wide shallow vessels sometimes, but not nearly as noticeable. Also there should not be anything protruding near the rim that allows the foam to climb.
Just like a boiling pot of water, I placed a stick over the resin to provide the bubbles sites to begin collapse. It ended up being a cascade collapse! Never had to shut off vacuum pump or break vacuum to control. Hopes this helps be others, let me know!
