Just a cute tribute to some of the pre-code films Ginger Rogers appeared in The ones that are best-remembered is "42nd Street" (1933), "Gold Diggers Of 1933" (1933), and "Flying Down To Rio" (1933) but she appeared in a total of 27 films before the production code was enforced. Not only did she show off her dancing skills, but also her acting talents - comedy and drama, setting the stage for her career to follow. The song is, of course, "We're In The Money" performed by Ginger in "Gold Diggers Of 1933 (1933).
