See how we cook these Chuck Eye Steaks from Porter Road!
• Started with 2 nice Chuck Eyes from Porter Road.
• Seasoned them with Aw Shucks Corn Spice. They are local to us but can be ordered online.
• Set the grill up for medium heat and then turned up to high as the cook went on. Probably could have kept on high for the entire cook, but still figuring the grill out.
• Flipped a few times until we reached the temp we wanted. Actually, overshot the one a little.
Summary: We are still very impressed with this portable gas grill. Did a nice job on the steaks and we will continue to use this in some future cooks!
