This is "Platman" for the Commodore Amiga computers.
This is the AGA version of the game.
It was published in 1995 by Frentic Software and created by John and Diane Hardie.
As you can see it's a platform game with Pac-man as the main character.
According to its creator the game was made for "The One Amiga" magazine but it remained unfinished because of the limited time the creator had.
It's a really cool platformer, very playable and with smashing music.
Too bad this was never finished.
