In this challenge, all I can use is the control stick and the A-button. This means no whistling, no switching captains, no disbanding, no napsack, no sprays, no C-stick, no camera, and no pausing.

Today, we finally start completing areas! First, I tear down the 2 electric gates. Then, I get blues. I have to punch a wogpole to death before I can bump the blues that were attacking it. If I chase the wogpole continuously, I will only get in an occasional punch. Instead, I let the wogpole get away, then, when I surprise it, it doesn't swim away immediately, which allows me to make a handful of punches.
Then, I enter Glutton's Kitchen with nothing but a bunch of yellows. This isn't ideal, as I want purples for combat and reds for all the fire hazards here.Thus, I put my yellows into every Candypop Bud that I see, even the Crimson ones (shocking, I know). The sublevels aren't too bad. On sublevel 2, I'd be in trouble if I didn't have yellows, since I can't whistle and C-stick my Pikmin up the structure to get the treasure, so I need to throw Pikmin there directly. Otherwise, killing the Emperor Bulblax is incredibly easy, especially when compared to how hard the Empress Bulblax is (girl power?).
For the rest of the day, I grow blues and collect Decorative Goo. I couldn't really collect it before doing Bulblax Kingdom, since there weren't any pellets by the blue Onion anymore. And that's it for Awakening Wood!
