Most people have seen the cutscene on day 1 when you give the red Onion its first pellet to make more Pikmin out of. However, most people DONT know that this cutscene only plays when you give it a pellet posy, meaning that we can skip it if we make Pikmin exclusively from mittites. This lets us look into this cutscene a little more, and it allows for some interesting moments.

In the video, I also mention that the "You appear lost" cutscene is on a timer, meaning that we can do Cutscene Timer Storage with it.

Unfortunately, the cutscene won't play on a file where you've already crushed the paper bag with 15 Pikmin. The reason for this is because this is how the developers made sure not to play the cutscene for no reason on day 1. If you've already destroyed the paper bag, it would be weird for the ship to still tell you "You appear lost," since you've already gotten past the obstacle.
It's possible for someone to go through the game and ignore pellet posies, which would mean that the cutscene in the video never plays. However, getting 35 Pikmin to start with is very grindy, and the rest of the game isn't too challenging.
