In this Pictron smartphone mount review I unbox this smartphone tripod adapter and show you exactly how to use it.
In case you are wondering, this smartphone mount is also known as the ulanzi st-27 and the pictron st-27.
When it comest to tripod adapters this Pictron model is one I'd consider premium. It's made of metal and it feels very sturdy and heavy. Based upon what I've seen so far it seems built to last.
This smartphone mount rotates 360 degrees which allows you to mount your phone in a way that you can quickly change from a tiktok style video to a full size video.
This Ulanzi phone mount will hold a phone as small as 60 mm or 2.36 inches in width, and as wide as 89 mm or 3.5 inches. This allows you to use a pretty broad range of smartphones in this tripod mount. Be sure to measure your phone's width before ordering to make sure it falls within the range I've posted here.
I'm not sure if this is the very best phone tripod mount, but it's definitely premium and I like it a lot. I purchased this tripod mount because the one on my son's tripod broke. I originally thought we were going to buy a new tripod and then I discovered these tripod phone adapters could be purchased alone. I'm very happy I didn't have to get a whole new tripod.
