Re-uploaded due to quality issues. Didn't intend on uploading this as the video didn't come out the best, but figured why not. Between the wind, having to use the Panasonic audio, and zooming in and out trying to tell if the camera was focused, this video was not the outcome I had desired.
Back in 2023, I decided to head out for a Lake County siren test and met up with Will (@njsirens) and Chris (@fumikiri0680 ) We settled on siren L-39 in downtown Painesville, which was installed in 2017 and replaced a Whelen 3000 on top of the old Administration Building. It was fairly loud for the windy day that day. We were lucky, as it began to rain shortly after the test had concluded.
Lake County/PNPP sirens are tested at 11 AM on the second Wednesday of the month in January, April, July, and October.
