Perimenopause can have hugely negative impacts on relationships, yet so many couples have no idea that changing hormones could be playing a role as they can have so many affects on mental health.

This is one of the things @matthyams captures so brilliantly in his videos. Through humour, he highlights the reality of living with symptoms such as rage, anxiety, sensory overload and irritability for both sexes, and it’s refreshing to speak and share this so openly.

In this week’s podcast episode, we have a really honest conversation about perimenopause, relationships and why feeling seen and understood can be so powerful. It’s live now so listen via the link in our bio 🎙️
