Roll Towel Placement for the pec and platysma stretches in my Occipital Neuralgia Video: youtu.be/aMSaLyQXyz4.
I created this video in response to viewer requests to show where I positioned the towel roll for the pec stretch and the platysma stretch. I hope this video shows the placement better to perform these stretches accurately and to ultimately achieve the best possible relief from Occipital Neuralgia!
