VCF East is a vintage computing festival run by the @vcfederation, and is held every April at the InfoAge Science and History Museums in Wall Township, New Jersey, USA. This year, I went as a two-day attendee (Saturday-Sunday).

VCF East happened this past weekend (April 17-19, 2026), and I'm now back home with my memories in my brain and my purchases safely back in the Concrete Subterrain™.

I thought a debrief stream was in order.

What did I pick up over the weekend? Will anyone have questions about "the incident" (not that I have many answers)? And what are my thoughts on improvements that I noticed compared to last year, as well as things the organizers could improve upon next year? You'll have to watch to find out!
