Experiment #496: Giant Bic Lighter
(Rated G) Not sure how many of you remember but microwaving a lighter was one of the first things I ever did and I've done tons of lighter in a microwave videos since, incorporating it in experiments to enhance the results. Given the size of the lighter, I thought the explosion would be bigger and more powerful than it actually was. This was kinda like doing five lighters at once. As I head close to episode 500, I have to keep making the experiments get better and better. But it's hard to keep thinking of new things to microwave, so I often have to resort to doing similar experiments like with all the aerosol cans I've done. Some things perform better than others, like spray paint. But I try to make the best of it for the remaining few episodes. Microwave Me is currently in its 18th season of production and has now been running on YouTube for over four years, dating back to the old school microwave show period, while being filmed in crystal clear 1080p for the best quality and as always stars Captain Microwave stars as the host and producer, who for this episode uses a 700-watt Hamilton Beach microwave.
