YouTube Channel Review #6: The Archfiend (TheArchfiend, IGSRJ)
So far this may be the most controversial, polarizing YouTuber that I reviewed. Many people have very strong opinions about his brutal honesty when discussing the issue of the day. It ranges from news stories to calling out YouTubers (and YouTube itself) for bullshit that they pulled, and of course Philadelphia Eagles football videos.
The review actually is kind of three parts, an introduction segment, a brief discussion of IGSRJ (a project he created to spoof the Irate Gamer, possibly with a friend playing IGSRJ in some of the videos), and a review of Archfiend's content. So far this is one of the best of my reviews since I'm better able to formulate my thoughts but in future episodes I might get a "cheat sheet" of talking points to help make the video turn out better. There are a few things I disagree with, such as his change of heart about the Irate Gamer (ironically he was one of the first to go after him), but I don't entirely disagree with what he says, I'll explain in a future video. A couple things in the video I forgot to mention was the rollercoaster videos and the one where he blasted ZippCast for being a spammy YouTube clone that failed. The best IMO were the ones where he taught thatsojack a lesson (after thatsojack sent his army of fans to false flag videos of people criticizing him) as well as the Nick Studio 10 series and a few spoof videos of making fun of e-begging. I wish I would have mentioned them and included them in the screencaps but hey, I did a good job overall, especially considering he has over 1100 videos.
