My redone version of my Metal Slug Advance New Game Run, this time with OMFG SYNCHRONISED SOUND.
This mission is actually a lot easier than I remember it being. I mean, yeah, aside from some mooks hiding behind crates and spamming non stop grenades, it's actually manageable if you know how to precisely manipulate the screen's scrolling.
A small gripe I have with this mission would be that it uses "First Contact", which I believe is a theme composed for the Martians, not Rebels. And that the Cabarcan isn't exactly the epic final boss on the level of Rugname or Rootmars, but still uses the Final Attack theme. I'm full of irrelevant complaints, I know :P
...or maybe I just have too good armour on my Slug, heh :P AND because I curb stomp the final boss. But still, fak dis gaem. It's over and done with.
"Metal Slug's first foray onto the GBA is a resounding success."
Eat shit.
